Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 Hrs without giving any reason for doing so.
- iZone Digital India Pvt Ltd (referred to as "iZone") ensures the procurement, storage, and sale of high-quality products under optimal conditions.
- We collaborate with trusted logistic partners to ensure the safe delivery of all products to you.
- In the unlikely event that you receive a product with slight damage (functional, cosmetic, or transit-related), a manufacturing defect, or a dead-on-arrival product, iZone and/or its logistic partner will address the issue on a case-by-case basis.
- Cancellations considered within 24 hours of order placement; after 24 hours, a 3% deduction applies.
- Orders under Same Day Delivery category not eligible for cancellation.
- No cancellations for products obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc.
- No cancellation allowed for orders under the affordability program with cashback or EMI options.
- These terms apply to products obtained from iZone Digital India Pvt Ltd.
- Please note: Logistics charges and transaction fee will be deducted
- The offers available on iPhone and iPad may be revised or withdrawn without any prior notice.

Cashback and offers from banks are at the sole discretion of banking partners and can change as per prevailing offers by the OEM from time to time. This includes the No Cost EMI offered by other partners that can change from time to time

We will reimburse you no later than days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged or defective product.
- Products/items should be UNUSED.
- The goods are in their original packaging, and products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, and invoices.
- We recommend packaging return items securely to prevent further damage during transit.
- The Delivery Executive will refuse to accept the return if any of the above conditions are not met.
- Acceptance of return will be considered only post final approval from our product team.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
