At Jaadu se, we strive to provide efficient shipping and delivery services. Here are the key points of our policy:

• At Jaadu se India is committed to delivering your order promptly. However, we are not liable for any delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities. We guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment, or as per the agreed delivery date at the time of order confirmation.

• Delivery will be made to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card, unless specified otherwise at the time of order placement.

• We are not responsible for any damage to the order during transit to the buyer.

• While we aim to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.

• Please note that all items, including gifts, will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, in compliance with Indian Tax Regulations.

• Free Shipping is available for orders above the value of Rs 2000.

• For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are typically shipped within 15 working days or as per the agreed delivery date, subject to Courier Company/post office norms.

• We regret to inform you that we do not offer international shipping at this time.
